If you come to my house, this might just be what I will serve you. I often serve it to guests as it is so easy and oh so good.
Grilled Brown Sugar Salmon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 whole salmon fillets
While grill is preheating, heat on stove in a small saucepan the brown sugar, butter, dry mustard and soy sauce. Heat until butter is melted stirring constantly
Place salmon on grill and brush with brown sugar mixture. Be sure to brush both sides with mixture as you turn the salmon.
Grill for 6 to8 minutes per side until salmon flakes easily with fork.
