Today I'm guest posting over at Lisa's Gluten Free blog. Over there I'm talking about the difference in the fats that we eat. Some fats are actually GOOD for us and we need them. Other fats we should turn and run away from just as fast as we can. Lisa's blog has wonderful posts for those who are gluten free. I am a stay at home Mom. I have been happily married for 21 years now. We have a four year old. I learned that I am Gluten Intolerant about a year and a half ago. I am also very sensitive to sugars and dairy products. I love to share my experiences with others in the hope that it will help someone else. I also have another blog, called "Mom's Misc. Adventures". It is where (as well as here) I like to have reviews, giveaways and share useful information. And to have fun.
