How To - Skin a Chicken

Eating chicken without skin saves a lot of calories because the fat is right under the skin.  Instead of buying skinless chicken as it is more expensive, just remove the skin yourself.  The skin can be quite slippery, but if you grab it with a paper towel, you can get hold of the skin easier and slide it off.  Super easy.  Super quick.  Super healthy.  Saves money.  You can't beat that!
